Assalamualaikum
Malam ni i nak merempan pasal freight forwarder yg nama kompeninya tidak i ketahui so kita panggil kompeni dia kompeni zombie (sbb tadi i duk main plants vs zombie utk mengurangkan stress)..
So al kisahnya i ada this shipment arriving from indonesia.. Menurut kata tukang hantar di sana, barang suda dihanto pada hari jumaat 1-2-2013 tp maybe naik kapal on monday 4-2. Normally shipments from indonesia akan sampai ke port klang dlm masa 10 hari.. So sepatutnya brg i sampai roughly on Friday 15-2.. Sebab i duk kalut2 blk kampung masa tu i didnt get a chance to call the zombie sampaila i masuk balik opis on monday 18-2. I gave him a call and was told that my goods have arrived and tgh duk tunggu customs clearance and he said that it should clear customs the same night and he can send it over on Wednesday 20-2. Ok that's fine, i congak2 maybe brg akan sampai either rabu petang or early thursday morning.
Hari rabu i call nak check brg dah keluar gudang atau belum, memula dia tak angkat. Call lagi dia kata dia tgh sibuk amik anak sekolah n suh i call awal2 pagi esok (khamis). Awal pagi khamis i call around 9.20am, dia kata dia duk ada kat klia n suruh i anto sms which i did and he did not reply.. Dalam kul 11 i call lg dia kata dia ada dekat klinik. Adoi.. Brg i nak pakai urgent before saturday.. Byk sgt alasan si zombie ni i dah cuak. JJ suh call agent di indonesia suruh diorg pulak push.. Takut si zombie ni pikir since my barang pun sikit ajer, idokle penuh satu kontena so he's probably thinking, i should look after my big clients, these small fries can look after themselves la kekdahnya..
Pi mai pi mai, dia hantaq sms at 1pm tanpa ada punctuation marks so the txt can be read in two different ways.. I jawab msg dia tp dia tak jawab balik. Takpe, sabaq sat.. Kita pi tesco beli belon dulu, nanti koi 2 kita call.. So when i rang him at 2.15 dia mcm nak marah2 n cakap yg dia dah suruh 4 budak dia carik nama i.. I ckp cuba tgk betul2.. Mesti ada sbb i dah berckp dgn dia on monday n mmg brg i dah sampai. Carik punye carik rupanya dia eja nama i salah.. (Oo, dont let me get started on how important it is for people to spell my name correctly!!) pastu dia mcm tak puas hati. I said to the zombie, look i understand people make mistakes, i tak marah pun.. Rilek la wey.. Lepas tu dia pertikai pulak yg i duk call dia guna nombor phone yg berbeza dr apa yg ada dlm rekod dia. Eh, sukati i lah nak pakai nombor mana pun.. Apa lak kena ngena nombor talipon dgn shipment i? Dia bukak cerita pasal gudang dia penuh brg, lori refused nak pick up brg la pasal CNY (alo, cny last week.. bukan minggu ni bhai..) Sampai kata nak buang2 brg segala... Lagi dia tinggi suara marah2 i.., lagi i rendahkan suara siap gelak2 lg.. Lalast i ckp, mcm nilah incik zombie, kalau i bole cari transport sendiri bole tak u release brg i? Dia dgn belagaknya kata "mai lah amik, u nak mai koi bape pun buleh. Gudang i koi 1 pagi pun ada org.." Hmmm belagak ye? Takpelah..
Lalast, dpt jugak cari transport yg sanggup amik brg i tu dgn syarat si zombie ni kena pi hantaq ke shah alam. Alhamdulillah berkat i ckp elok2 dgn zombie masa dia mengaruk2 tu dia offer nak anto brg i ke shah alam guna keta dia je.. See, bukanla beso mana pun shipment i kalau boleh je masuk dlm keta. Bohonglah takde lori nak mai SP.. Kalaulah port klang tu dekat cam penang port dah tentu kami pi collect sendiri dgn simba, tak payah nak suh dia hantaq. I hangin bukan sbb apa.. Byk sgt alasan dia masa i call, amik anaklah, pi klinik la, kat luar opis la.. Pahtu byk kali call dia xangkat.. Nak avoid my calls kah? Kita ckp elok2 dia nak marah2 kita.. sekarang ni siapa customer n siapa service provider? I xnak marah2 dia sbb i takut dia apa-apakan shipment i (boleh ke brg diapa-apakan?)
Pengajaran malam ni
1) u cant fight fire with fire.. Lg org tinggikan suara, lg rendah suara u.. Biar org yg tinggi suara tu malu sendirik..
2) berkenalan lah dgn jiran sebelah-menyebelah sbb mana tau nanti diorg boleh tolong kita
3) sila letakkan punctuation marks semasa ber-sms.. It will make a huge difference!
4) dgn bangsa sendiri sama agama segala xpayahle nak berlagak sangat.. Kang i guna services bangsa lain, korg kata i xsupport bangsa sendiri.. Tp kalau dah bangsa sendiri cuma tahu nak berlagak n tak look after their customers, dah tentu i akan pergi to those that will treat me well, regardless of race/religion kan?
Finally, string bean prefers his food with extra gravy, he loves the fancy feast royale soup/broth mixed with fussie cat.. Fatty can finish the whole can of fussie cat and a pack of fancy feast soup in one sitting.. Thus the name fatty... Hahahahahaahah --> pengajaran yg takde kena mengena....

Tentang kelip-kelip
Assalamualaikum...
Kelip-kelip? Serangga kelip2? Err.. Bukan.. Entry malam ni takde kena ngena dgn kelip-kelip yg berkerlipan itu ok.. Entry ini adalah tentang syarikat penerbangan komuniti anda.. Kelip-kelip!! Or "Firefly your community airline..."
We had the honour of flying with kelip2 on our way back from TGG to PEN bebaru ini.. It was the cheapest tickets available utk kami yg booking last minute.. But suffice to say, we are very impressed with our first experience flying in such a teeny-weeny plane.
Our flight was scheduled to fly out from TGG at 0820 and from SZB at 1245. I received a text message advising of our flight changes, from 0820 to 1120 hrs.. I guess there weren't that many people on both flights thus they combined the flights.. No problems at all.. It just means that we get extra hour of sleep that morning... Hahahah... But.. We'll be arriving in SZB at around 1220.., mana dan nak kejo flight 1245 ke PEN?? Ayoyo... Tapi.., nasib baik dlm sms tu ada call centre utk dihubungi.. So i called and sap-sap-soy our flight to PEN berjaya ditukarkan to 1445... Alhamdulillah.. The whole process took less than 10 minutes.., and she emailed me the new itinerary approx. 15 seconds after the call ended! Talk about excellent service!! Kalau dengan airasiamang?? I have to drive all the way to the airport and try to sort it out over the counter. Kalau counter dah tutup? Kena tunggu pulak esok pagi nak setel.. Knowing me yg berpenyakit suka panik tak tentu pasal dah tentu aku tabley tido malam tu.. Kudos firefly team!!
Experience dlm kapal plak.. Adoyai.. Sgt comel kapal nya.. Mcm kapal terbang mainan.. Tangga pun ada 5 steps je kot.. Terpikir plak muat ke JJ nak naik tangga kenit tu (sebenonye i takut i yg tak muat.., haha). There are about 24 rows of seats, 2 on each sides of the aisle.., with low ceilings.. Just nice utk org comel mcm i to walk thru.. JJ nye kepala just ngam2 nak touch the ceiling.. Crew punya kerusi slides in a false wall just in front of the cockpit door., bila xpakai dia bleh slide masuk tersorok..
Take-off was surprisingly smooth for such a small plane.. In-flight snack from TGG was a delicious almond cupcake and i asked for a cup of soya milk. Nyesal xmintak 2 cuppies sbb its really yummy!! JJ asked for a pack of peanuts which i end up eating..
Landed in SZB 10 minutes ahead of schedule smoothly.. Gila lama tak turun di Subang SkyPark (dulu T3 Subang airport kalau xsilap i).. Turun kapal jalan sket dah masuk dlm terminal.. Pick up luggage, check-in for our next flight n lepak di mcD.. I love subang skypark! Why? Sebab tak crowded mcm lcct.. Toilet tak kotor n busuk mcm lcct n boleh lepak makan guling2 dlm terminal dgn aman damai. Altho takde byk kedai tp i tak rasa menyampah mcm lcct yg byk kedai tp ramai manusia..
The flight to PEN was smooth as well.. Kali ni makan chocolate danish.. Sbb taknak kempunan, i asked for 2.., konon2 one for me and one for JJ tp i bedal both :) landed in penang on time jugak..
So begitulah cerita pengalaman i first time naik kelip2 aka FireFly your community airline.. We would definitely fly with u again!! Xmo dah support airasiamang unless dah takde option lain lagi..
Note: you can get really cheap fares on firefly if you book early.. Our flights cost us less than rm800 aritu.. Luggage check-in and all.. Tp flight time cuti sekolah bulan 3 nih dah xde promo fares dah.. Dem!!

Tentang bomoh
Assalamualaikum.....
Kali ni i nak bercakap tentang bomoh dan keberkesanannya di dalam zaman ICT yang serba canggih ini.. (Perrgghhh intro tak kalah macam nak berpidato!) hahahah
Ok seriously, kenapa? Kenapa dalam zaman yang teknologi dalam bidang perubatan yang sangat advance masih ada org yg percaya dengan bomoh? Sukacita diberitahu i bercerita pasal bomoh yang perasap kemenyan bawak pengeras ayam golek pulut kuning segala ok, bukan perubatan alternatif lain seperti rawatan islam atau berbekam atau accupuncture etc etc.. Ok.. Why? Tak paham betul aku tau..
Why am i talking about bomoh? Ceritanya gini.. Adalah seorg hamba Allah yg umurnya dah banyak.., 90 tahun lebih dah kot., dia eksiden jatuh motor so end up tulang rusuknya patah.. Instead of getting a medical doctor's opinion to whether operate on him or kasik any other treatment, anaknya yg belajar tinggi kerja berjawatan hebat taraf2 jusa nak bawak bapaknya pi jumpa bomoh.. Akai ada ka? Org tu dah tua.., pi bomoh, bomoh nak buat apa? Sambungkan balik tulang rusuk atok tu? Nak sambung camne? Pakai selotep? Pakai stapler? Ikat dengan getah? Tampal dengan gam nasik? adoyai... My granma yg patah tulang peha sikit pun kami bawak pi pusrawi depa operate letak titanium rod kat dalam tau.. Jadiklah bionic granma.. Tp tulah kan.. Mentaliti org yg berbeza.. Tapi kalau patah kaki ke kotla boleh bomoh patah nak sambungkan balik, then again i lagi percaya pada perubatan moden simen kaki pakai cast ke daripada pi jumpa bomoh.
My bonda sendiri dulu pun ada something wrong with her tear duct (air mata duk keluar je manjang non stop).. Dibawak jumpa bomoh jugak. Bomoh tu kata dia dah operate secara batin, tak payah pakai alat2 dokter bagai.. Sebab kalau dokter operate nanti muka akan ada scar kesan dari operation tuh.. Baik ke? Nan ado!! Lagi banyak keluar air mata ada.. Lalast pergi hospital tawakal, operation dilakukan melalui hidung (endoscopy ke mende ntah namanya) so takde scar dan alhamdulillah bonda dah tak menangis doplohpat jam..
Lagi cerita another elderly relative, broken ankle bawak pi bomoh patah tak baik.. Lalast pi husm kubang kerian put in cast.., dokter jaga leklok sekarang Alhamdulillah molek-molek ada boleh berjalan..
I tak kata usaha tu salah.. Tp kan ke ada banyak lagi alternatif lain.. Kenapa perlu carik bomoh yg bangsa perasap kemenyan ala-ala cerita p.ramlee "duit pengeras sudah sampai.. tolong kira selai-selai" tuh.. Kang soksok sakit bertambah teruk camne? Betul dah ajal maut tu bukan urusan kita tapi Allah kata usaha kan? Usaha carik jalan yang terbaik.. Tp kalau dah mereka rasa usaha jumpa bomoh jampi sana jampi sini tu jalan yang terbaik buat mereka.., terserah.. Tapi if i were to have the final say, i would decide to get doctor's opinion.. Then maybe cari rawatan alternatif lain.., perubatan islam, accupuncture ke.., but never bomoh. I don't believe in all those mumbo jumbo that they muttered, it may sound like they're reciting surahs from the holy Quran, tapi bila dah sembur2 dengan kemenyan berasap2.. No way jose!! Khurafat semua tuh..
Call me modern, call me lupa daratan.. Tapi kalau dah terang2 macam percaya pada kuasa bomoh lebih dari kuasa Allah.. I tak mau... I takut... Nauzubillah...

Tentang kereta rosak
Assalamualaikum...
Lama betul tak menaip.. Lama jugak tak berblog-walking.. Lama betul diri ini dilanda kesibukkan.. Ampun maaf dipinta buat tamu yg menyinggah tapi xde apa yg nak disajikan.. (special thank you to Kak Real sbb singgah.., malu saya akak singgah dirumah yg kosong..) will try to update regularly from now on.. Time permitting and all.. InsyaAllah
Malam ni our nearly 3-year old car (his name is Simba) mogok.. Elok je nak start enjin nak balik umah, dia xmo start.. Ah sudah, sentap mende plak budak Simba nih.. Marah sebab kena jemur tengah panas dekat LCCT for 44hours ke? Marah sebab JJ tersagat hidung dia masa u-turn ke? Malam2 jemaat ni dik non oi, mana ada workshop bukak. JJ tried to godek2 tp sbg mekanik tak bertauliah apala yg dia boleh buat kan? So decided to ring AAM. Sukacita dimaklumkan, i dulu mmg member AAM tp dari 2011 tak renew membership sbb selalu lupa je n konon2 eksyen "nothing will ever happen to the car sbb we regularly send it in for service" plus, JJ is always there to push the car or something or kalau breakdown on plus, buleh je contact plus ronda tuh.. Tp disebabkan ke-eksyen-nan itu.., bila jadik cenggini dah menggelabah..
So bila AAM di call dan setelah diberitahu yg dulu i member, skrg tidak lagi dan slps dicheck status keahlian dan diceritakan apa masalah.. The guy on the other line said "sebab u member yang tak aktif, kita tak boleh tolong".. Amboi! Sombong ye.. So i asked if i can renew my membership right there and then, katanya "oo., boley tapi kami tabley buat apa2 jugak. U kena tunggu esok pagi office hours baru kami boley tolong.." WHAT? Dahtu, keta rosak malam ni bhai., camne kami nak balik nih?.. Bila diberitahu yg i think the problem is with the battery, he gave me another number to ring which happens to be their independent workshop/battery provider.. Adoyai.. Ada bukak lagi ke malam2 nin?? Camne nin??
Takpe pikir alternatip lain, teringat dulu our mechanic at our normal service centre once said that should we need anything we can give them a call anytime. So teponla mereka.. The thing is, we are in sungai petani n our mechanic is in aloq setaq.. Takdenya mereka nak mai all the way here just to change the battery.. So dum dam dum dam.. Our loqstaq mechanic called a kia technician in SP to come. Alhamdulillah... Dia mai check lebey kurang kompem bateri kong.. Padahal our last service in sept 2012, check bateri segala ok je.. Takdela pulak di advise suh tukar bateri segala masa tuh.. Anyway, dia jump start, dapatla kami balik ke rumah. Dahle simba ni satu2nya kenderaan yg kami ada. Nanti dah balik umah, esok pagi nak kuar carik bateri macam mana? Alhamdulillah budak ni janji nak mai umah esok pagi bawak bateri so dia bole pasang siap2.. Lega sangat rasanya.. Kalau tak, nak jalan kaki pi town carik bateri? Mungkin tidak....
Pengajaran malam ini:
1) Sila make sure membership AAM valid setiap masa. Kotla jadik apa2 kat mana2 takdela pening kepala nak figure out who can help..
2) Kalau pakai bateri maintanence-free, silalah tukar bateri anda setiap setahun setengah atau dua tahun sekali. Menurut kata mekanik yg dtg rescue kami, bateri kami ni mmg takde kasik sign nak kiok.., dia macam heart attack, bila kena attack terus kojol.. Adoyai...
3) Sentiasa save nombor telpon mekanik tempat anda biasa service keta dlm phone anda.. Kalau kecemasan tak menggagau nak carik phone number segala..
4) ALWAYS have a working torch light in the car, working as in complete with new batteries and works well
5) Kia technical services rock!! Service uols memang sangat bagus.. Thank you Shahriman of Kia Huat Technical Service Loqstaq.. Siap call lagi tanya keta dah ok ke belum.. Good customer service like this makes us travel all the way to loqstaq to service simba walaupun ada je pusat servis kia dkt SP nih..

Simba telah mendapat jantung (bateri) baru.. Kos RM440.. (380 for the so-called maintenance-free battery and 60 for coming over to the house to replace the battery.. pffttt)

Malam ni our nearly 3-year old car (his name is Simba) mogok.. Elok je nak start enjin nak balik umah, dia xmo start.. Ah sudah, sentap mende plak budak Simba nih.. Marah sebab kena jemur tengah panas dekat LCCT for 44hours ke? Marah sebab JJ tersagat hidung dia masa u-turn ke? Malam2 jemaat ni dik non oi, mana ada workshop bukak. JJ tried to godek2 tp sbg mekanik tak bertauliah apala yg dia boleh buat kan? So decided to ring AAM. Sukacita dimaklumkan, i dulu mmg member AAM tp dari 2011 tak renew membership sbb selalu lupa je n konon2 eksyen "nothing will ever happen to the car sbb we regularly send it in for service" plus, JJ is always there to push the car or something or kalau breakdown on plus, buleh je contact plus ronda tuh.. Tp disebabkan ke-eksyen-nan itu.., bila jadik cenggini dah menggelabah..
So bila AAM di call dan setelah diberitahu yg dulu i member, skrg tidak lagi dan slps dicheck status keahlian dan diceritakan apa masalah.. The guy on the other line said "sebab u member yang tak aktif, kita tak boleh tolong".. Amboi! Sombong ye.. So i asked if i can renew my membership right there and then, katanya "oo., boley tapi kami tabley buat apa2 jugak. U kena tunggu esok pagi office hours baru kami boley tolong.." WHAT? Dahtu, keta rosak malam ni bhai., camne kami nak balik nih?.. Bila diberitahu yg i think the problem is with the battery, he gave me another number to ring which happens to be their independent workshop/battery provider.. Adoyai.. Ada bukak lagi ke malam2 nin?? Camne nin??
Takpe pikir alternatip lain, teringat dulu our mechanic at our normal service centre once said that should we need anything we can give them a call anytime. So teponla mereka.. The thing is, we are in sungai petani n our mechanic is in aloq setaq.. Takdenya mereka nak mai all the way here just to change the battery.. So dum dam dum dam.. Our loqstaq mechanic called a kia technician in SP to come. Alhamdulillah... Dia mai check lebey kurang kompem bateri kong.. Padahal our last service in sept 2012, check bateri segala ok je.. Takdela pulak di advise suh tukar bateri segala masa tuh.. Anyway, dia jump start, dapatla kami balik ke rumah. Dahle simba ni satu2nya kenderaan yg kami ada. Nanti dah balik umah, esok pagi nak kuar carik bateri macam mana? Alhamdulillah budak ni janji nak mai umah esok pagi bawak bateri so dia bole pasang siap2.. Lega sangat rasanya.. Kalau tak, nak jalan kaki pi town carik bateri? Mungkin tidak....
Pengajaran malam ini:
1) Sila make sure membership AAM valid setiap masa. Kotla jadik apa2 kat mana2 takdela pening kepala nak figure out who can help..
2) Kalau pakai bateri maintanence-free, silalah tukar bateri anda setiap setahun setengah atau dua tahun sekali. Menurut kata mekanik yg dtg rescue kami, bateri kami ni mmg takde kasik sign nak kiok.., dia macam heart attack, bila kena attack terus kojol.. Adoyai...
3) Sentiasa save nombor telpon mekanik tempat anda biasa service keta dlm phone anda.. Kalau kecemasan tak menggagau nak carik phone number segala..
4) ALWAYS have a working torch light in the car, working as in complete with new batteries and works well
5) Kia technical services rock!! Service uols memang sangat bagus.. Thank you Shahriman of Kia Huat Technical Service Loqstaq.. Siap call lagi tanya keta dah ok ke belum.. Good customer service like this makes us travel all the way to loqstaq to service simba walaupun ada je pusat servis kia dkt SP nih..

Update 1.30pm 8-2-13
Simba telah mendapat jantung (bateri) baru.. Kos RM440.. (380 for the so-called maintenance-free battery and 60 for coming over to the house to replace the battery.. pffttt)
