Tentang terbang

hmmpphh... where do i start?
i receive this email at around 11.50 pm last night...


... letting me know that they have rescheduled my flight bound for Bandung on 13/12. WTH? I am supposed to arrive from PEN into KUL at 1205 and my next flight to BDO is at 1305!! i have approximately one hour to berebut-rebut turun kapal.., berebut-rebut kutip luggage.., berlari2 dan berebut2 nak bag drop naik eskalator turun eskalator nak clear immigration kastam segala.. SATU JAM!! ko ingat sempat ke dgn keadaan lcct yg keadaannya macam banjir manusia yg tak pernah surut? It is not an easy task to 'drive' your trolley in a congested area where everybody would stop suddenly and decide that its time to kiss-kiss-hug-hug people around them!! SATU JAM? *@#^^*!

bila di tanya di ask airasiamang jawapan nye mudah.., kami takkan refund duit uols tu.. pepandaila uols pegi uruskan booking yg uols dah buat melalui laman web www.airasiamang.com.. takpun silalah meninggalkan komen di ruangan feedback kami dan kami akan jawab dlm tempoh masa 5 hari.. 5 days? i need to fly in 2 days time and you're going to give me a feedback within 5 days? that is not good enough.. takpun sila lah jenguk live chat.. tp tukang taip dah tido.. kena tunggu besok pagi baru dia bangun baru bole chat..

alternatively.., please follow us on burung biru.. which i did and left a chirp on their burung biru only to find out that they only chirp within the hours of 8am-6pm. why in the world did u send me an email at 11.55pm when u are only available to talk to on certain hours of the day?

nak call nombor takde.. yg ada cuma nombor if you are calling from overseas.. kalau di malaysia silalah ke website, tinggalkan komen, tunggu tukang taip live chat bangun tido atau tunggu la burung biru berkicauan..

based on my research (research la sgt) on their fesbuk, ramai yg komplen pasal airasiamang nih.. and the trend is they only reply to good comments.. bad comments will just fall onto deaf ears.. so far kami duk fly (i think it would be less than 10 times kot) takde problem cuma on our last flight from KUL-PEN, one of our suitcases did not turn up. apparently the check-in girl did not put the tag on that particular bag. punyela bongek.. tp Alhamdulillah, they manage to track our suitcase racing with other 'lost' suitcases in kl and send it to penang on their next flight.

i panicked bcos we really need to make that flight (and i read that u can modify your booking up to 48 hrs before flight kan) so after much deliberation we decided to take the earlier flight to kl. dah pegi dekat 'urus booking anda' and dah decide utk tukar booking fill in all the necessary things gedebak gedebuk lalast sekali.. payment needed RM300.. owsh*t! i baru je convince JJ that there will be no charges involved but no refunds will be given if the new ticket cost less that what we've paid. i DID not think that it was going to cost that much. i was conned into clicking all the boxes, following their instructions and at the end of it all i was asked to pay extra.. banyak pulak tuh.. aiyo.. how?? tried to cancel but dah tak boley.. have to pay or else our bookings will be forfeited.. JJ dah bising saying i'm not giving that free money to them, when it is their fault for rescheduling our flights at the very last minute.. ayoyo kadawale.. how?

kita tunggu pagi.. JJ ajak pi airport.. --i akan cabut lari kalau dia start maki hamun org airasiamang esok.., itupun kalau dorg bleh ckp homputih la kan.. kalau tak i la yg kena activate mulut-puaka-mode nanti-- OH TIDAK..

  2. Kalau dah AirAsiah...mmg Airasiah....takda putar belit taklah airasiah. Tapi kan kalau ikut memanglah tak sempat...nak feeling jadi flo jo...masa ni lah set masa...pecutttttttttt heheh

    Had to pay extra so we can fly on an earlier flight.
    Uols bila nak gohek kapal terbang ni nanti bila2 weols naik dgn uols je.. Jgn lupe apor kapet shocking fink utk haku catwalk di atas tarmac ye? :p
