Tentang tidor

Assalamualaikum..
If u have noticed (berapa keratla sgt yg baca cerita merapu i ni kan) i've always updated or commented on your blogs late at night.. Why? Budak ni kerja syif malam ke? Tak.. Sebenarnya saya mengalami masalah tak bole tido atau dalam bahasa terengganu 'insomnia'.. (Kelas bahse terengganu..)

Bukan baru2 ni, tp dah lama.. Sampai satu tahap i've always had vertigo -- sudden movements (i.e standing up) will make u feel that the room is spinning.. -sila gugel for more info.. Nak semayang pun pelan2.. Getting up from sujud/rukuk harus slowly2.. Kalau tak slow mesti rasa mcm nak tumbang.. Been to the doctor countless of times but there's really no cure for vertigo they say. I just need to sleep. At one stage, i've asked the doctor to prescribe me with some sleeping tablets.. Tp xnak ajar badan ni makan ubat tido.. I've stopped asking for it. Tp xbleh tido.. So how?

Bila mlm xtido siang kena bangun pi opis mmg mood kelaut la kan. I always feel really tired after asar.. Kata org xelok tido time tu. tp kalau dah nampak monitor tu hitam je (mata dah tutupla tu) kadang terlelap jugak atas keyboard. I'll be sleeping for 5-10 minutes then i'll be ok. Power nap org terengganu panggil.. Nah kau hebat org trg ye? Teringat dedulu masa kerja di kl (tp tu bukan insomnia, i was a wild child once heheh) i used to lock myself in the toilet n sleep for 5 minutes. Lena hokeh!! Letak kepala atas cistern n sleep., after 5 minutes i'll be refreshed and ready to attack..

Is there any cures? Petua? Kata2 semangat/motivasi dari anda2 semua untuk menyetopkan masalah tabley tido saya ni? JJ said i think too much.. Maybe, my body is tired but everytime i try to sleep my brain is working extra-hard.. Wahai brain, tolonglah berenti bekerja.. Penat woo...

Malam ni fatty tido atas perut JJ.. Jeles tgk dua beranak ni.., letak kepala terus berdengkur.. How i wish i could be like that.. Sigh....

  1. I pon insomniac jugak. I count numbers before sleep. Kalau x tidoq jugak keep counting je la sampai tetidoq. Mak I kata 'baik kau berzikir sampai tidoq' tapi I dah tebiase counting gituh.

  2. mmmmmmmmmm susoh tu dok leh nok tido, tp biasanya kalau kita pk kita nk tido mmg dok leh, so u got insomia. acu tra tenang2 kan minda n jgn mimkir nok wak mende esok. sbb ambe gitu gok, asal nok tido je mula la pale mikir nok wak mende last2 dok leh tido hehehehehehe

    ke uols nok ambe nyanyi? confirm dok tido2 pa ceroh heheh

    1. kalau uols nok nyanyi bijok gok.. tapi i nak request uols nyanyi "this girl is on fire" berulang-ulang kali complete dengan jeritan-jeritan semua aci dop?

  3. Assalamualaikum SF, i think suami benar ... banyak berfikir ... confirm tak leh tidur ...

    ... i would just get up and get some work done ... terkebil kebil dalam gelap pun buat tension je kannn ... lagi kalau orang sebelah dah dengkur dulu ... :) then bila badan kata i need rest ... lelap datang dengan sendiri insyaAllah ...

      betul gak kan.. get up and do something.. masa duk buat paper dulu rajin la jugak, tp JJ akan bangun dan tercarik2 i pi mana..
      malam ni kalau tabley tido jugak sy nak try basuh baju.. mesti jiran sebelah kata gile ke hape pukul 3 pagi mesin basuh duk beroperasi.. hahahaahah...
